I'm glad to have you here. I've missed chattin with ya.
We're a new board, and while we're all picking up motivation, it does get slow at times. I know you'll fit right in.

Just post lots, talk smack (if you join a group), and you'll do awesome.

A real quick bit about the board:
We have the Head to Head competition. There's a place to sign up if you wanna be part of that. It's all in friendly competition, to help motivate and push us. We are split into 2 teams, no one gets voted off, etc. We will have a challenge each week, BL style, and each team seems to be hosting their own mini challenges!! WOO! I really hope you sign up and join us. It's hopefully gonna become the backbone of this group.
We weigh in every Saturday. It's in the Head to Head section. Please post your last weigh in there. It's private, so only group members can see it.
We also have a picture section, so we can visually catalog our journey. The weigh in section, the food plate section, AND the picture section are all private. Only members of the group can see them.
We also have mini weekly challenges. This week it's to get at least 30 min of cardio in a day. They will change each week. (We've already had water challenge, adn a veggies challenge).
We have a recipe section that I hope people start contributing to. LOL
Also, for accountability, we write in what we eat for the day, and our exercise for the day. It's always an eye opener when things are written down.
There's lots more on the board, and we hope to add more in the future. Feel free to make suggestions, etc. We wanna know what you want!!! Just jump in and make yourself at home.
